Mark T. Boivin Esq.

Mark T. Boivin Esq.

Newport, Rhode Island

Mark moved to Rhode Island over ten years ago after falling in love with the state. He studied Law and graduated with his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.  Since then, he has worked as a litigator in a small plaintiff’s firm in Providence, as a prosecutor in New Bedford, General Director for company in Kazakhstan, and as General Counsel to an international environmental service company headquartered on Long Island, New York.  He also remains an enlisted member of the U.S. Coast Guard and has been for over twenty years, serving with distinction on both active and reserve duty.  Passionate about the ocean and serving others, the move to Sayer, Regan and Thayer LLP in Newport was a natural fit. In his free time, he can be found on the water racing in local sailing regattas with his wife.  Grateful to be working in such a beautiful corner of Rhode Island, Mark looks forward to helping others overcome obstacles and meet their legal challenges.
