Melissa Green was recommended by a friend for estate planning and I had high hopes and looked forward to becoming a client. She is profesional, excellent technically, and knows her stuff but is slow slow slow. It took about 4 months to get an appointment and about 8 months to complete the work. Surprisingly, it has taken 2 months more after documents were finalized to get a binder with copies of my signed documents that I was told would be provided. I found this timing difficult and it was never clear this process would take up to a year. That is long in my experience.
